Who we are
Acme Support Services was started 15 years ago because our founding team kept seeing the same problem: participants getting generic, impersonal support from providers who treated them like a plan number. So we built something different. A family run provider where every participant gets treated as a person, with care plans designed around their actual goals and preferences.
We have supported over 80 participants and their families, earned 90+ five star Google reviews, and built a team of APHRA registered nurses, qualified support workers, allied health professionals, and SIL property managers. Our head office is in Darra,Queensland, but our workers cover all of South East Queensland.

Yes. Overnight nursing, weekend personal care, public holiday transport, and around the clock SIL support. Our team is rostered 24/7.
06Can I pick my support worker?
Yes. We ask about your preferences during onboarding, gender, cultural background, language, experience, personality, and match accordingly. If the match is not working, we change it.
