Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is the physical dwelling, purpose-built or specially modified housing for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs, funded separately under Capital Supports.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is the daily support delivered to a person living in a home, shared or individual, whether or not that home is SDA. Most participants only need one or the other. A smaller group needs both.

Funding SIL and SDA
