Empowering independence. Enriching lives. Every day.
Looking for an NDIS provider is stressful. You have probably already spoken to a few, read reviews, maybe had a bad experience. We get it. At Acme Support Services, we have been doing this for 15 years across SEQ, and the thing we hear most from new participants is: "I just want someone who actually shows up and does what they say they will." That is us.
We are an NDIS registered provider based in Darra, QLD. We cover Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, and Redlands. Our team does community nursing, personal care, supported independent living, and transport support. We are not the biggest provider in Queensland, but we are consistent, and our 90+ five star Google reviews back that up.

We offer four main services under the NDIS, plus additional supports for a full range of disability care.

Learn more →Acme Support Services was started 15 years ago because our founding team kept seeing the same problem: participants getting generic, impersonal support from providers who treated them like a plan number. So we built something different. A family run provider where every participant gets treated as a person, with care plans designed around their actual goals and preferences.
We have supported over 80 participants and their families, earned 90+ five star Google reviews, and built a team of APHRA registered nurses, qualified support workers, allied health professionals, and SIL property managers. Our head office is in Darra, QLD, but our workers cover all of South East Queensland.
Our leadership team is still closely involved in service quality. They review participant feedback, oversee staff training, and make decisions based on what is right for the person, not just what is efficient for the business. That hands on approach has not changed in 15 years.
More about us
We know every provider says they are different. So here is what we actually do that others often do not.
Not a startup. We have been delivering disability support across Queensland since 2010. Over 80 participants and families supported.
Our team picks up the phone on weekends and after hours. Overnight nursing, weekend care, holiday transport, all rostered.
We match workers on gender, culture, language, personality. Then keep the same worker assigned long term. That consistency matters.
Participants and families consistently rate us as reliable, compassionate, and responsive. That trust is earned, not claimed.
Our leadership team personally oversees service quality and reviews participant feedback. That kind of accountability disappears in bigger providers.
Most participants are set up within days, not weeks. We work with your coordinator to sort the paperwork quickly so support starts fast.
These are the things people tell us when they switch to Acme from another provider.
Workers not showing up, last minute cancellations, different people every week. We roster carefully, assign consistent workers, and introduce replacements beforehand when your regular worker is unavailable.
Talk to us about reliable careThe NDIS system is genuinely confusing. Funding categories, line items, plan managed vs self managed, it is a lot. Our team explains it in plain English. We help you understand what you are funded for, how to use it, and whether you are getting the most out of your plan.
Get help with your planThat is completely reasonable, especially for personal care. Every Acme worker is screened, qualified, and trained. But more than that, we take the matching process seriously. We want you to feel comfortable, not just "supported." If the match is not right, say so and we will fix it.
Learn about our matching processWe have 24/7 coverage. Overnight nursing, weekend personal care, public holiday transport. Our team is rostered around the clock and we do not charge premium rates beyond what the NDIS Price Guide allows.

Acme have been looking after my son for over a year now. The workers are consistent, patient, and they actually listen to what he needs. I finally feel like I can relax knowing he is in good hands.
I moved into SIL with Acme and it has been life changing. The staff treat it like my home, not a facility. I am learning to cook and do my own laundry. Big wins for me. David and the team have been amazing.
As a support coordinator, I refer to Acme because they are reliable and communicate well. They get participants started quickly and I do not have to chase them up. That is rare in this sector.
We provide nursing, personal care, SIL, and transport as our main services. We also offer SDA, group activities, life transition support, and overnight care. We cover Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, and Redlands.
